MISSED APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, & RESCHEDULING

Insightfully Crystal, LLC’s time is incredibly important and their availability for their services tends to fluctuate month to month based on other work obligations. Additionally, Insightfully Crystal, LLC dedicates a considerable amount of time preparing for their clients, with the expectation that you, the Client, are investing in your full potential. With all of this in mind, please do your best to schedule an appointment time that works for you and try not to miss, cancel, or reschedule your appointment if you can. However, Insightfully Crystal, LLC understands that sometimes life happens, so if you do need to reschedule a session for any reason, please notify them at least 48 hours prior to your original scheduled booking time, in order to be eligible for a refund. Your request must be submitted via the email confirmation you were sent upon scheduling.

PAYMENT & REFUND TERMS

Payment is either due in full at the time of booking, or a payment plan can be selected to pay the full amount over a period of time that works for you.

Day Hike and Fireside Chat Refund Policy

Insightfully Crystal, LLC does not offer refunds for missed calls, or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.

If for any reason the Client is unhappy with the service provided by the mentor, a live discussion will be held to address and solve any issues at no charge to the Client. If after this time, the Client still feels unsatisfied, a reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Insightfully Crystal, LLC. A 5% transaction fee along with a 25% preparation fee for the Mentor’s time will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.

Walk Within Refund Policy

If for any reason the Client is unhappy with the service provided by the Mentor, a live discussion can be held to address and solve any issues at no charge to the Client. If after this time, the Client feels that they must leave the program, reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Insightfully Crystal, LLC. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.

If the client is happy with the services received, but needs to exit the program due to a justifiable emergency, a calculation will be made to account for the time elapsed and a reimbursement will be sent based off of the remaining time of the program if the client has paid in full. If the client is making multiple payments, reimbursement will be calculated based on the month paid. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all reimbursements. OR: The client can pause mentorship and return at a later time, with the understanding that the already paid enrollment fee will be held by Insightfully Crystal, LLC.

Insightfully Crystal, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to: dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Insightfully Crystal, LLC will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that the Client is contacted about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Insightfully Crystal, LLC, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
